FormsEditor – Forms based online editor for Web-to-Print
The FormsEditor is an advanced forms interface that enables online editing of documents while ensuring global standards are maintained. When deployed through a PrintNow StoreFront, it provides complete variability of text and graphics while simplifying and improving the process of creating, proofing, ordering and processing print jobs. Your customers can choose templates and images from a library, change content, and see a proof on screen immediately. The product that flows into production uses pre-approved content (that is known to be printable!) and has already been proofed and accepted by the user.

Forms driven Interface
Sometimes simple is better, and by using the PrintNow time tested forms interface you can see why. Users simply fill in the blank text fields, optionally browse image libraries, select from pull down boxes, select from radio buttons or checkboxes and see instant results of their customization. This interface works across all browsers and the speed in witch you can make changes will astound you!

Customize Zoom Values
Each product can be optimized to include customized zoom values for the proof that is immediately displayed on the screen. This ensures a clear optimized jpg rendered quickly and displayed in the default states you set up.

Template within a Template
This unique feature allows creation of mini templates to be assigned to the master template for complex forms templates. Users can switch between formats or templates step by step until viewing a final composite PDF file.

Auto-fill Profiles
Profiles can be set up so that personal information can be stored in a contact list and auto-filled on a template without requiring one to continually enter in repeating information.

Assign rules to lock down editor
The amount of control allowed is totally customizable for text and graphic items on your template for movement, rotation, fonts, alignment, color, opacity, change tint, leading, placing images and adding additional text or images. In addition to simply locking the editor down the Rules Manager controls all logic for text formatting, positioning, color etc for insuring design control is maintained correctly
